Youth Leadership Program

We want all kids to be able to use their God-given gifts and talents!

Open to kids 14 and up who have participated in at least one season of Thunder Cross Country.

Must be able to run 3 miles without walking by the beginning of the fall season.

(training plan can be provided upon request).

Will work in teams to implement Paul Koczera's training program in the following areas:

Distance Running (Youth Leader: TBD)

Strength and Conditioning (Youth Leader: Noah)

Parkour (Youth Leader: Tristan)

Speed Work (Youth Leader: TBD)

Trail Runs (Youth Leader: TBD)

GeoCache Runs (Youth Leader: TBD)

All participants of the Youth Leadership Program will be participating in a training session at The Fitness Exchange in VA with Paul Koczera.
